Product Description
Bothered by water spots on your windshield, dangerous road film, or silicone buildup on your auto glass? Are your household windows stained and spotted from sprinklers? Spot-X Hard Water Stain & Spot Remover cleans stubborn stains from your vehicle or home glass. Whether the water stains are caused by acid rain, salt water, road grime, sprinklers or well water, Spot X Glass cleaner will work, we guarantee it. While SpotX cannot be used on auto paint, it will not harm the paint if it gets on it. Simply rinse off with water. Household windows are just as easy. Can be used on porcelain. Remove hard water stain rings in toilets, light rust on porcelain sinks and tubs. Removes built up soap scum. Spot-X has protective qualities and once used the water will sheet off instead of beading off which causes water spots. Use again once sheeting stops or water spots begin to appear again. Please note it is very important to use the non-scratch pad that comes with the Spot-X. All OTHER pads have a grit in the glue that binds the fibers and will scratch glass. Our pads were specifically made for this product. Spot-X CANNOT scratch glass. It is just below glass on the Moh's Hardness Scale.

5 out of 5 stars Excellent Product!   August 27, 2010
Janina Gavrilko (ESPANOLA, NEW MEXICO, US)
My windows were long exposed to a combination of powerful sprinkles, very hard well water and harsh New Mexico sun. Some of them are so bad you have hard time seeing through due to cloudiness that has built up. I've tried everything including Zud, BarKeepers, CRL Water Spot Remover, The Works Toilet Bowl Cleaner and a few more (forget about Lime-Away - don't even bother!)... Not that they didn't work at all - they did a decent job, but the cloduness never went away completely, so the windows still looked dirty. Just when I almost gave up, I discovered Spot-X. This little bottle did a pretty miraculous job getting rid of residue cloudiness!!!

I bought this product hoping it would remove hard water stains from my car windows. I did everything according to the directions but no luck. They must be very ingrained in the glass or something but I have been unable to find anything that removes the spots. Good luck to others.

5 out of 5 stars Spot-X is awesome   August 19, 2010

I recently purchased this product based on the reviews I read. This product is awesome, it removed the hard water stains on my car windows that were baked on for years. I tried everything and nothing worked, vinegar and water, Lime away, and a few other products and nothing. My car windows look brand new, this stuff is amazing.

This product is one of the only ones I've ever been able to find that works effectively at removing hard water stains. I've used it on my car, house, bathroom doors, etc. It never fails to work, quick and painlessly. I've stocked up because it is nearly impossible to find in the local stores. I suggest you do the same!

5 out of 5 stars Works well   July 31, 2010
G. Heaton (Mountain View, CA)
The sprinklers next to my parking space had covered my car's windows with hard water spots and I couldn't get rid of them until I used this stuff (had tried baking soda, vinegar, regular window cleaners, etc.) My windows look new again! It does make quite a mess of the side of your car (the powder/water mixture drips down and leaves white streaks) so be sure to use it before you do a full wash.
